This is a super simple allergy friendly pizza base. It only takes around 5-10mins for the base and is gluten free, dairy free, egg free, vegan and soy free. And another 10mins once the toppings have been added. So quick and easy when you are short on time or if your kiddies are hanging around you wanting dinner ASAP. Its quicker (and healthier) than ordering pizza for delivery!

I know I’ve mentioned it numerous times before but I LOVE coconut. I use it in so many of my recipes and I don’t know what my life would be like without my coconut!!
