Health Coaching

There is no theory that works for everybody in nutrition.  Each body must figure out what works for them on an individual level.  The body can heal itself by itself if given half the chance.

As a Health & Wellness coach I practice a holistic approach where I consider your individual needs related to health in terms of both nutrition and aspects of your lifestyle.  We will work together and look at how all parts of your life affect your health.

I will provide you with a supportive environment and together we will connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be, create your own personal blueprint, determine your body’s unique needs and set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change.  We will explore basic improvements and implement gradual and sustainable changes during our work together.

I will offer guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.


One on One sessions

  • Catch up once a fortnight over an i.e. 12 week period (6 sessions in total) either in person, via skype or by phone.  Between our sessions, I will also be available to support you by offering you email access to me to answer any questions, offer support and/or inspiration.
