Vanilla & Chocolate Crackle
This recipe will bring back childhood memories! I loved Rice Bubble slice when I was growing up so I created a healthy alternative that tastes just as good. This recipe is free from refined sugar, gluten, dairy and nuts. I hope you love it as much as we do! x
I’m sure most of you remember the traditional Rice Bubble slice from when you were growing up…..? I definitely do, especially at birthday parties. We all loved it when we were kids. So I set out to create a healthy alternative that tasted just as good so the kids could enjoy it! The traditional slice was made up of sugar, butter, honey and rice bubbles so I have substituted these and opted for whole food ingredients that result in a slice that kids both big and small will love. The perfect wee snack.
This slice is another super simple recipe. The kids will love helping to prepare it, its a great lunch box snack and its also super tasty – we all enjoy it in our household. Read More

By popular demand, here are my baby friendly mini muffins – the perfect finger food for wee ones starting on solids. Nice and soft and packed full of nutritious ingredients, Freddie has been loving these (as has his big sister and I may have snacked on one or two).
A great first finger food for babies – they are sugar free, sweetened only with apple, banana and carrot which means they are packed full of fruit and veggies. Making these a great alternative to your usual store brought muffins which are often high in sugar, and empty calories. Read More

Food is important not only for the development and life of a growing baby but also for the mother. As a result, a healthy diet should be a priority for the mother. However, as we all know, it is VERY hard to worry about what we are eating especially in your first trimester when you may be feeling unwell a lot of the time. Before getting pregnant, many women probably think that when they get pregnant they will eat lots of healthy foods – fruit and veggies, green smoothies etc. However, when you discover you are pregnant, these thoughts can go out the window depending on how you are feeling. Many women experience morning sickness through the first trimester (and some beyond) and often the last thing that you feel like are green vegetables. Read More
